The Quick Dam water barriers performed as advertised. We have been inundated with repeated rain systems for the past two weeks. In the process I realized that the concrete that had poured last year was leveled incorrectly and was draining toward the house foundation. Can't get the problem resolved during this El Niño raining season so I needed a temporary solution that could weather the storm. Read about Quick Dam online and figured to give it a try. It was this or sand bags which are heavy, messy to handle and an eye sore. Ordered the product online and requested expedited delivery. The product was delivered on time and I simply laid the barrier strips as directied on the package and let it rained. When I got up in the morning the foundation was damp but not flooded and I was able to squeegee the water that gathered water using the barrier as a guard to funnel the water to the nearest drainage spout. Ordering 6 more Quick Dam packs for future use!

I used the flood barriers behind a newly planted area on a slope to contain any erosion that might have occurred during a heavy rain. The barriers self-inflated while it was raining lightly, expanded during the heavy rain, and kept everything in place. Great product. I am drying them out to re-use and will keep some sandless sandbags handy to prevent snow runoff from coating the driveway and freezing this winter.

i was looking for something that was portable and removable to protect my garage from flooding. During heavy rain storms water would get into the garage which is down hill of my drive way . This turned out to be the best solution. It's portable it stopped the water and is reusable. It does everything that it claims to do. It's great.

I saw them on an episode of Ask This Old House and I decided to try them for flooding of my garage. They work great. It stopped water from heavy rains getting in the garage. I would highly recommend.

I bought 4 - 5' quckdams to te a t and works so good I just got another 17' one. My basement has leaked for years and I can't afford costly foundation repairs so I decided to try these. They are solving the problen so far (about a month).

I ordered these in November 2013 and didn't use them until Memorial Day 2015 during the Austin floods. We got 4" of rain in less than three hours. These kept the water off my back porch and out of my house. Easy to store and easy to deploy. Very happy with them. Will buy more and would recommend them to anyone.

The quick dams arrived promptly and a good thing! We needed them off and on during the winter until we could start regrading the yard in spring. The dams worked so well, and we needed more help, so we ordered more!

We used the 6"x 17' barrier to divert water down our street. It worked really well until the first time someone ran over it. It busted open and leaked out. I tried to duct tape it up and it worked until the next one drove over it. But if you use it like is was designed for it is a good product.

From central Kentcuky 15 inches of snow then a few days later it rained water running in garage! Stopped the water! I have question about drying it out and reusing? No answers anywhere! Need to know how to dry it out? How to store it?
Seems like these questions would be answers!
